Book Club  Trixie Osborn

This club is for anyone who enjoys reading and dicussing great books. Meet every Friday at 2:40 in the library.


Art Club Vanessa Larwig  

Emphasize art in the community. Participation in school wide art projects as well as participate in state/nationwide contests and exhibits that may be offered in the regular art classes. Availabel to all middle level grades who are interested.



  
International Club Nerly Zurlen

Promotes knowledge and appreciation of Spanish in a relaxed social atmosphere. This is accomplkished through co-curricuar activities and making representative crafts of Spanish speaking countries. 


Chess Club Earnest Fields

Students will learn how to play chess and engage in friendly competition.


Science Olympiad Laura Duce-Mosshart  

Science Olympiad allows students the opportunity to research and discover new information and put it to use through varying scientific activities.



FCCLA Laura Harris  

This organization is one of the most well-known and respected student organizations in the United States. The goal of FCCLA is to help students assume their roles in society through Family and Consumer Sciences in areas of personal growth, family life, vocational preparation, and community involvement.



Reading Club Earnest Fields

Students will improve their reading competency through practice in the following areas: vocabulary, comprehension, summarizing, paraphrasing, writing, and analyzing author's claims and evidence. Games, library books, smart board activities, and various web activities will be utilized to help increase the skills above.
